We recently had our crawlspace encapsulated, and Basement Authority of WV were great to work with. Carrie did our inspection and was thorough and communicative. Trenton, Jordan, and Joey completed our project quickly. They were professional, prompt, and efficient. They even came back the next day to address an issue with the custom door.
