He took pictures of the crawl space to show us the problems, what things could become problematic in the future, and even what looked good. I would definitely recommend Tyler to perform inspections in anyone's home.

The technician, Nick, did the annual maintenance for 206 Washington Street. He was awesome! Not only was he courteous, kind, knowledgeable about what he was doing, he was able to save me money on a mishap that was about to happen. He observed a bulge in my washer machine line that was about to pop and create a major catastrophe. He was able to resolve the issue until I can get it addressed. Nick was polite and explained what he had done and allowed me to ask questions as needed. I will certainly tell other individuals about your service and how dedicated your employees are about keeping the product maintained and keep the customer informed.

Groundwork’s-basement authority of West Virginia did a great job with our basement when it flooded. They quickly responded and did an emergency pump out of all the water and installed a sump pump. David Weaver and Brandon with Groundworks did an awesome job. We have a very old house with multiple issues with the basement as well as with poor drainage. We plan on having them come back to do more to help with waterproofing our basement.

Trenton, Jordan, and Joey completed our project quickly. They were professional, prompt, and efficient. They even came back the next day to address an issue with the custom door. I'd give so many more stars if I possibly could! We were so very pleased with the entire Rescon Basement Solutions experience. Bob came to our house and assessed our basement/bulkhead wall issues. We were involved in any decisions and were given a very honest, complete quote and a scheduled date for the work to be done. Unfortunately, before the scheduled date, we had a very heavy rain and water poured into our basement. Bob from Rescon gave us advice on how to handle that and Alexa was able to move the work date up to help us out of a big jam. Patrick, Jake and Tim arrived promptly to get the work started. They were very professional and explained absolutely everything they were going to be doing. They set up plastic tarps to keep the rest of our basement clean and did a fantastic job. When they completed the work, they went over all of the new equipment and explained everything to us. We were happy with every part of this project. Cannot recommend Rescon enough!!!!

It was Pine Yneedles, but Doug went the extra mile cleaned it out for me. Highly recommend giving them A call if you have any issues or looking to get a sump pump or basement drainage system.

Eric Reeder came to give us an estimate and we signed the contract while he was there to have the work done. He was so nice and knowledgeable and gave us a price we were very happy to accept. He explained, in detail, how Groundworks would solve the problems. He used language that made it easy for us to understand. He did GREAT job and we really appreciate all of his hard work.

The ensured my mothers floor leveling was completed and inspected as well as ensured that the contractor paperwork was sent over to me first our records. Kody followed up with me and ensured that what he said he was going to do for us was done. Richard was helpful in ensuring our appointment was scheduled for a six month follow up as well. I meet with Mike C. to obtain a quote to address water leakage into the basement from rain and foundation issues caused by years of water inundation. Also, to get a quote to seal up the crawl space. (The house has a half-basement.) He arrived early in a clean company vehicle and in uniform. Very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and down-to-earth. His inspection of the areas of concern took some time because he was so very thorough. Once completed with the inspection, he presented various options, and we discussed each option. Seems his concern was more about what was best for my situation rather than profit. I really appreciated that. I predict the construction phase will be very good; based upon the interaction with Mike C.
