Not only was he courteous, kind, knowledgeable about what he was doing, he was able to save me money on a mishap that was about to happen. He observed a bulge in my washer machine line that was about to pop and create a major catastrophe. He was able to resolve the issue until I can get it addressed. Nick was polite and explained what he had done and allowed me to ask questions as needed. The experience that we had with basement Authority on our home was very good. Gary did an excellent job on an inspection. He covered all that he looked at all that he saw and what needed to be done and made suggestions and it happened very quickly and within 2 to 3 weeks after Gary was here, we had workers working to put in the complete system. We had a total of five different guys that worked on doing the insulation and encapsulation of the crawlspace. Jason, Travis, Wyatt, Cody and Michael were the guys that we had working on our crawlspace and the first day went super good. Jason gave us updates even if they were leaving just to go get some thing. They always told us that they were going out and they would be back in an hour or whatever the case might be, but they tried their best to keep us informed on how the job was going. They actually thought that they could get through in a day it did not happen but we finally got completed on the fourth day few different things happen but overall as far as a review, I think the guys did really well working in the crawlspace in the water in the muck Ron and Sharon W.

It was Pine Yneedles, but Doug went the extra mile cleaned it out for me. Highly recommend giving them A call if you have any issues or looking to get a sump pump or basement drainage system.

With the help of Eric Reeder, (the person providing the inspection) who continued to help me communicate with operations with scheduling issues, the crew that was sent out this week was excellent. Cesar is a great asset to Basement Authority‘s of WV. Highly recommend it. Finally a crew that troubleshooter the problem quickly and accurately. Mr Davis took his time and explained my options on how to resolve this situation and with his assistant, Mr Nida, came up with a solution while others simply missed it time after time. Also, he called to confirm this morning. I am so pleased with both of these fine young men. They are true professionals and Ground Works/Basement Authority are lucky to have them on their team.
