I meet with Mike C. to obtain a quote to address water leakage into the basement from rain and foundation issues caused by years of water inundation. Also, to get a quote to seal up the crawl space. (The house has a half-basement.) He arrived early in a clean company vehicle and in uniform. Very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and down-to-earth. His inspection of the areas of concern took some time because he was so very thorough. Once completed with the inspection, he presented various options, and we discussed each option. Seems his concern was more about what was best for my situation rather than profit. I really appreciated that. I predict the construction phase will be very good; based upon the interaction with Mike C.

Aden, Xavier, and Stephen are fine young men who done a really great job on the crawl space for our home. I have the greatest belief that these men will really do the job at the best of their ability. I even let them use my truck so they would not have to drive these mountains in the company very large truck. If you want a good job done request these young men. Proud of them.

I'd give so many more stars if I possibly could! We were so very pleased with the entire Rescon Basement Solutions experience. Bob came to our house and assessed our basement/bulkhead wall issues. We were involved in any decisions and were given a very honest, complete quote and a scheduled date for the work to be done. Unfortunately, before the scheduled date, we had a very heavy rain and water poured into our basement. Bob from Rescon gave us advice on how to handle that and Alexa was able to move the work date up to help us out of a big jam. Patrick, Jake and Tim arrived promptly to get the work started. They were very professional and explained absolutely everything they were going to be doing. They set up plastic tarps to keep the rest of our basement clean and did a fantastic job. When they completed the work, they went over all of the new equipment and explained everything to us. We were happy with every part of this project. Cannot recommend Rescon enough!!!!

The technician, Nick, did the annual maintenance for 206 Washington Street. He was awesome! Not only was he courteous, kind, knowledgeable about what he was doing, he was able to save me money on a mishap that was about to happen. He observed a bulge in my washer machine line that was about to pop and create a major catastrophe. He was able to resolve the issue until I can get it addressed. Nick was polite and explained what he had done and allowed me to ask questions as needed. I will certainly tell other individuals about your service and how dedicated your employees are about keeping the product maintained and keep the customer informed.

I was super tired of my leaky basement and decided to do something about it. I looked into Basement Authority because I was seeing commercials and ads all over the place. I read reviews and watched multiple videos of the work they did. I contacted them through the website for an estimate. They sent Mike Cornecelli to do my estimate. Mike was very open and honest about what I needed and what he could do to help me. I can imagine there is a more knowledgeable person out there because he did a very thorough inspection and took pics and measurements. He made a plan on his laptop and showed me exactly what was going to happen and scheduled my appointment for installation. I needed wall supports, a gutter system and vapor barrier to fix the issues going on. My original date of install was moved up 3 weeks, which I am really grateful for. I had good communication throughout the whole process and the men worked every day until it was completed. I have zero complaints and highly recommend everyone use Basement Authority to fix your basement issues. I have learned so much about why leaks happen and how to correct them. Every man on the job was extremely polite and quick to answer any questions I had. They also offer a lifetime guarantee for the life of the home and yearly inspections to ensure everything is working properly. Contact Mike C and your problems will be fixed correctly and quickly. Well done guys!!! I'm more than thrilled with the work and the outcome from beginning to end!!!!

Had my basement window well replaced by Bix after it started to cave in and fill with water after a storm. They were quick to come out and price it and got me scheduled quick as well. They came out on time and got the work done in a timely manner. The workers were friendly and professional. After a few rains they did a great job of coming back out and smoothing out the fill dirt and reseeding. I would definitely use them again.

Jacob Frazier came to see the situation & explained in a way I could understand what the crew would do. He is very knowledgeable, friendly & answered any questions. He also walked me through the contract online via email & we are now just waiting for a date for the job to be done. Brad and his team put in basement gutters and redid my sump pump. From start to finish, he kept me informed with regards to what he was gonna do. He and his guys were polite and cleaned up after themselves very well. When issues arose, Brad looped me in on the course of action. 5/5 stars, Groundworks will do right by you.

Kody and Michael were super helpful during the scheduled visit. The ensured my mothers floor leveling was completed and inspected as well as ensured that the contractor paperwork was sent over to me first our records. Kody followed up with me and ensured that what he said he was going to do for us was done. Richard was helpful in ensuring our appointment was scheduled for a six month follow up as well. Great service by all involved.
