I was super tired of my leaky basement and decided to do something about it. I looked into Basement Authority because I was seeing commercials and ads all over the place. I read reviews and watched multiple videos of the work they did. I contacted them through the website for an estimate. They sent Mike Cornecelli to do my estimate. Mike was very open and honest about what I needed and what he could do to help me. I can imagine there is a more knowledgeable person out there because he did a very thorough inspection and took pics and measurements. He made a plan on his laptop and showed me exactly what was going to happen and scheduled my appointment for installation. I needed wall supports, a gutter system and vapor barrier to fix the issues going on. My original date of install was moved up 3 weeks, which I am really grateful for. I had good communication throughout the whole process and the men worked every day until it was completed. I have zero complaints and highly recommend everyone use Basement Authority to fix your basement issues. I have learned so much about why leaks happen and how to correct them. Every man on the job was extremely polite and quick to answer any questions I had. They also offer a lifetime guarantee for the life of the home and yearly inspections to ensure everything is working properly. Contact Mike C and your problems will be fixed correctly and quickly. We recently had our crawlspace encapsulated, and Basement Authority of WV were great to work with. Carrie did our inspection and was thorough and communicative. Trenton, Jordan, and Joey completed our project quickly. They were professional, prompt, and efficient. They even came back the next day to address an issue with the custom door. I was impressed by their communication and the way they cleaned up after each day’s work. I would highly recommend all of these folks.

Tim Pratt Elkins WV wall stabilization Tim was very knowledgeable about what was needing done to fix our wall structures. He was very open and honest and we liked where there would be no third party involved in taking care of our problem. He explained everything in detail and we were able to understand what he was thing. Very friendly and very professional. He said if we had any any other questions just call his number on his card and he would try and answer our questions. We enjoyed talking to him and we felt he was very honest person and told us what we needed done.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one Richard provided. His knowledge with Groundworks is truly impressive — he seemed to know the answer to every question before we even finished asking it. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure we felt confident and comfortable with each step of the project. What really meant the most to us was how consistent he was with communication.
