Michael Burgess, inspector, came to my house, and gave me an estimate on a new foundation drain. He stayed in contact with me from the start of the job until it was finished. He is a very kind person. I want to thank David & Robbie and the other workers that installed my drain and worked on my property. They did a great job! I also want to thank Courtney & Jeff. Kody and Michael were super helpful during the scheduled visit. The ensured my mothers floor leveling was completed and inspected as well as ensured that the contractor paperwork was sent over to me first our records. Kody followed up with me and ensured that what he said he was going to do for us was done. Richard was helpful in ensuring our appointment was scheduled for a six month follow up as well. Great service by all involved.

Our initial sidewalk lifting & repair was was not what we expected, however the company sent another crew that did an exceptional job! They were professional, knowledgeable and went above & beyond in their effort to improve the initial repair. The completed job was very good and we appreciate the company standing by their claim to meet customer expectations. The workers Patrick & Raphael not only did an outstanding job, they were also meticulous in the clean-up. They truly exhibit a positive customer service attitude for which we were very grateful!

I meet with Mike C. to obtain a quote to address water leakage into the basement from rain and foundation issues caused by years of water inundation. Also, to get a quote to seal up the crawl space. (The house has a half-basement.) He arrived early in a clean company vehicle and in uniform. Very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and down-to-earth. His inspection of the areas of concern took some time because he was so very thorough. Once completed with the inspection, he presented various options, and we discussed each option. Seems his concern was more about what was best for my situation rather than profit. I really appreciated that. I predict the construction phase will be very good; based upon the interaction with Mike C.

Just had them out here to do some waterproofing, install a pump and dehumidifier as well as fix my underground downspout drainage. They did a fantastic job! The whole team was very friendly and knowledgeable. Walk me through the entire process as they went and answered all my questions without hesitation. Would highly recommend them. Especially the crew that did the work for me of Aden, Xavier, and Raphael. Great work!!

In February 2026, we contacted Groundwork’s with concerns about the stability of our home. Our floors were sagging, we had a large crack in our Living Room floor and hallway. We were also having trouble with mold and mildew. First, Groundwork’s Eric Reeder came to our home and inspected inside and out. Eric explained clearly what our structural issues were and how Groundwork’s could help. He also explained how crawl space encapsulation and a dehumidifier could help our mold and mildew problems. Eric was very professional and made us feel at ease. We were relieved that there were solutions to our homes issues. In March 2026, Joseph Bailey and his Groundwork’s team; Chris, Bryce and C.J. Basham came to install the needed structural support for our home, as well as encapsulating our crawl space and installing a dehumidifier. They were so professional, polite and friendly. Joseph patiently answered all of our questions, and explained about the work they would be performing. Joseph and his crew installed a floor support system in our crawl space to stop our floors from sagging, restoring stability to our home. They encapsulated our crawl space leaving it bright and clean. When the job was completed, Joseph and his team cleared all debris and left everything tidy. The work they performed has been such a relief. We have invested in the value of our home, and we are so glad we called Groundwork’s!
