Mr Davis took his time and explained my options on how to resolve this situation and with his assistant, Mr Nida, came up with a solution while others simply missed it time after time. The crew were cordial and the foreman weny out of his way to check things out and explain what was going on. Robby was great. The only thing they forgot to do was install the panel to get into the crawl space. Otherwise they cleaned up everything and i was satisfied with the results.

Our experience with BA of WV was excellent. The contractor and project manager were thorough with the projections, planning and execution. We felt supported and heard throughout the duration of the process. We were pleased with all of the people who worked on our property—they were helpful, respectful and clean. Our foreman and his crew (Cody, Josh and Zae) did quality work from start to finish. We are extremely happy.
