Cesar is a great asset to Basement Authority‘s of WV. Highly recommend it. I now feel confident that my ground floor will be eliminated of me having to empty three dehumidifiers on a regular daily basis. What a relief!

Had my basement window well replaced by Bix after it started to cave in and fill with water after a storm. They were quick to come out and price it and got me scheduled quick as well. They came out on time and got the work done in a timely manner. The workers were friendly and professional. After a few rains they did a great job of coming back out and smoothing out the fill dirt and reseeding. I would definitely use them again.
