Finally a crew that troubleshooter the problem quickly and accurately. Mr Davis took his time and explained my options on how to resolve this situation and with his assistant, Mr Nida, came up with a solution while others simply missed it time after time. Also, he called to confirm this morning. I am so pleased with both of these fine young men. They are true professionals and Ground Works/Basement Authority are lucky to have them on their team.

Eric Reeder came to give us an estimate and we signed the contract while he was there to have the work done. He was so nice and knowledgeable and gave us a price we were very happy to accept. Michael Cornecelli came to Elizabeth WV, to look at our Crawlspace, he found things which we suspected were an issue and did not want to hear were true, but in reality things happen. He was thorough and detailed. I felt that his past experiences with homes and construction, helped him and us understand the real problems we were facing and have a more informed corrective action to resolve. I have peace of mind knowing that real professionals will help to keep us moving forward without more problem evolving. Air quality in our home will be better and damages will cease to persist. Thank you Michael for your help and explanations breaking it all down. We are looking forward to having our home revived.

They were professional, knowledgeable and went above & beyond in their effort to improve the initial repair. The completed job was very good and we appreciate the company standing by their claim to meet customer expectations. Brandon reviewed the needs at my home and provided the estimate. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took time to answer all my questions in detail. Cody was the foreman of the job on site and I was very pleased with his work. His crew of Mason and Noah worked for several days, always updating me with information and never hesitated to answer my questions and explain things in detail. Very professional crew and treated my home and property with great respect. I am very glad I chose Basement Authority of WV! I will remain a customer due to this experience.
