Tim was professional and courteous while being very thorough and transparent on all the work that we needed done. He walked us through each issue and how they would repair it. Our experience with BA of WV was excellent. The contractor and project manager were thorough with the projections, planning and execution. We felt supported and heard throughout the duration of the process. We were pleased with all of the people who worked on our property—they were helpful, respectful and clean. Groundwork’s-basement authority of West Virginia did a great job with our basement when it flooded. They quickly responded and did an emergency pump out of all the water and installed a sump pump. David Weaver and Brandon with Groundworks did an awesome job. We have a very old house with multiple issues with the basement as well as with poor drainage. We plan on having them come back to do more to help with waterproofing our basement.
