Mr Davis took his time and explained my options on how to resolve this situation and with his assistant, Mr Nida, came up with a solution while others simply missed it time after time. The technician, Nick, did the annual maintenance for 206 Washington Street. He was awesome! Not only was he courteous, kind, knowledgeable about what he was doing, he was able to save me money on a mishap that was about to happen. He observed a bulge in my washer machine line that was about to pop and create a major catastrophe. He was able to resolve the issue until I can get it addressed. Nick was polite and explained what he had done and allowed me to ask questions as needed. I will certainly tell other individuals about your service and how dedicated your employees are about keeping the product maintained and keep the customer informed.
