We just had an inspection from BAWV. Caesar Goodman was on time for our appointment. He listened to our concerns and did the inspection right away. Highly recommend Groundworks. The installers, David Weaver, Brett Mullins, and Casey Pettigrew, were professional, courteous to my tenants, and respectful of my property. They even finished ahead of schedule! Excellent communication by the team as they worked on my basement, keeping me informed on status and timing. Price is more than fair; you get what you pay for. We have not scheduled the job yet, but Tyler Woody performed our inspection yesterday. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure all our questions were answered. He took pictures of the crawl space to show us the problems, what things could become problematic in the future, and even what looked good. I would definitely recommend Tyler to perform inspections in anyone's home.
