Groundwork’s-basement authority of West Virginia did a great job with our basement when it flooded. They quickly responded and did an emergency pump out of all the water and installed a sump pump. David Weaver and Brandon with Groundworks did an awesome job. We have a very old house with multiple issues with the basement as well as with poor drainage. We plan on having them come back to do more to help with waterproofing our basement.

Demetrius Cooper came to my house @ my request. I had some questions after the job was done. He explained how my sump works & answered my questions. He even went above & beyond & moved my furniture so I can use my fireplace. He has a great sense of humor!

Aden, Xavier, and Stephen are fine young men who done a really great job on the crawl space for our home. I have the greatest belief that these men will really do the job at the best of their ability. I even let them use my truck so they would not have to drive these mountains in the company very large truck. If you want a good job done request these young men. Proud of them.

Chris Marquart came out to my house in Charleston to inspect where my floor dropped. Chris was very professional did inspection went over company info showed me pictures of my damage let me know exactly what they will do to repair and my options for paying. He spent quality time and got the deal signed. I’m very happy with their price compared to other estimate and look forward to working with him.
