Not only was he courteous, kind, knowledgeable about what he was doing, he was able to save me money on a mishap that was about to happen. He observed a bulge in my washer machine line that was about to pop and create a major catastrophe. He was able to resolve the issue until I can get it addressed. Nick was polite and explained what he had done and allowed me to ask questions as needed.
