I had a very pleasant experience with Caesar of Basement Authority. He was very kind and professional, had a well put together presentation on what repairs were recommended, why and how they would address these concerns. I would highly recommend you consider using this company.

Had my basement window well replaced by Bix after it started to cave in and fill with water after a storm. They were quick to come out and price it and got me scheduled quick as well. They came out on time and got the work done in a timely manner. The workers were friendly and professional. After a few rains they did a great job of coming back out and smoothing out the fill dirt and reseeding. I would definitely use them again.

Jacob Frazier came to see the situation & explained in a way I could understand what the crew would do. He is very knowledgeable, friendly & answered any questions. He also walked me through the contract online via email & we are now just waiting for a date for the job to be done. I feel that if I have any questions or need anything else, I can call him for information or an explanation.
