They were professional, knowledgeable and went above & beyond in their effort to improve the initial repair. The completed job was very good and we appreciate the company standing by their claim to meet customer expectations. We recently had our crawlspace encapsulated, and Basement Authority of WV were great to work with. Carrie did our inspection and was thorough and communicative. Trenton, Jordan, and Joey completed our project quickly. They were professional, prompt, and efficient. They even came back the next day to address an issue with the custom door. I was impressed by their communication and the way they cleaned up after each day’s work. I would highly recommend all of these folks.

I have the greatest belief that these men will really do the job at the best of their ability.
