I was super tired of my leaky basement and decided to do something about it. I looked into Basement Authority because I was seeing commercials and ads all over the place. I read reviews and watched multiple videos of the work they did. I contacted them through the website for an estimate. They sent Mike Cornecelli to do my estimate. Mike was very open and honest about what I needed and what he could do to help me. I can imagine there is a more knowledgeable person out there because he did a very thorough inspection and took pics and measurements. He made a plan on his laptop and showed me exactly what was going to happen and scheduled my appointment for installation. I needed wall supports, a gutter system and vapor barrier to fix the issues going on. My original date of install was moved up 3 weeks, which I am really grateful for. I had good communication throughout the whole process and the men worked every day until it was completed. I have zero complaints and highly recommend everyone use Basement Authority to fix your basement issues. I have learned so much about why leaks happen and how to correct them. Every man on the job was extremely polite and quick to answer any questions I had. They also offer a lifetime guarantee for the life of the home and yearly inspections to ensure everything is working properly. Contact Mike C and your problems will be fixed correctly and quickly. Groundworks took care of a massive amount of mold in my basement and layed down a moisture barrier, which was installed well. Ryan Sampson came back and checked on the encapsulation, as well as gave a further plan for keeping water out of the basement. He was prompt and efficient.

Our initial sidewalk lifting & repair was was not what we expected, however the company sent another crew that did an exceptional job! They were professional, knowledgeable and went above & beyond in their effort to improve the initial repair. The completed job was very good and we appreciate the company standing by their claim to meet customer expectations. The workers Patrick & Raphael not only did an outstanding job, they were also meticulous in the clean-up. They truly exhibit a positive customer service attitude for which we were very grateful!

Doug was great. Came within the two hour window I was quoted at price was the exact same amount as I was told. I had a few concerns about the drain in my yard being a little clocked out turned out. It was Pine Yneedles, but Doug went the extra mile cleaned it out for me. Highly recommend giving them A call if you have any issues or looking to get a sump pump or basement drainage system.

The experience that we had with basement Authority on our home was very good. Gary did an excellent job on an inspection. He covered all that he looked at all that he saw and what needed to be done and made suggestions and it happened very quickly and within 2 to 3 weeks after Gary was here, we had workers working to put in the complete system. We had a total of five different guys that worked on doing the insulation and encapsulation of the crawlspace. Jason, Travis, Wyatt, Cody and Michael were the guys that we had working on our crawlspace and the first day went super good. Jason gave us updates even if they were leaving just to go get some thing. They always told us that they were going out and they would be back in an hour or whatever the case might be, but they tried their best to keep us informed on how the job was going. They actually thought that they could get through in a day it did not happen but we finally got completed on the fourth day few different things happen but overall as far as a review, I think the guys did really well working in the crawlspace in the water in the muck Ron and Sharon W.
