Doug was great. Came within the two hour window I was quoted at price was the exact same amount as I was told. I had a few concerns about the drain in my yard being a little clocked out turned out. It was Pine Yneedles, but Doug went the extra mile cleaned it out for me. Highly recommend giving them A call if you have any issues or looking to get a sump pump or basement drainage system.

The technician, Nick, did the annual maintenance for 206 Washington Street. He was awesome! Not only was he courteous, kind, knowledgeable about what he was doing, he was able to save me money on a mishap that was about to happen. He observed a bulge in my washer machine line that was about to pop and create a major catastrophe. He was able to resolve the issue until I can get it addressed. Nick was polite and explained what he had done and allowed me to ask questions as needed. I will certainly tell other individuals about your service and how dedicated your employees are about keeping the product maintained and keep the customer informed.

In February 2026, we contacted Groundwork’s with concerns about the stability of our home. Our floors were sagging, we had a large crack in our Living Room floor and hallway. We were also having trouble with mold and mildew. First, Groundwork’s Eric Reeder came to our home and inspected inside and out. Eric explained clearly what our structural issues were and how Groundwork’s could help. He also explained how crawl space encapsulation and a dehumidifier could help our mold and mildew problems. Eric was very professional and made us feel at ease. We were relieved that there were solutions to our homes issues. In March 2026, Joseph Bailey and his Groundwork’s team; Chris, Bryce and C.J. Basham came to install the needed structural support for our home, as well as encapsulating our crawl space and installing a dehumidifier. They were so professional, polite and friendly. Joseph patiently answered all of our questions, and explained about the work they would be performing. Joseph and his crew installed a floor support system in our crawl space to stop our floors from sagging, restoring stability to our home. They encapsulated our crawl space leaving it bright and clean. When the job was completed, Joseph and his team cleared all debris and left everything tidy. The work they performed has been such a relief. We have invested in the value of our home, and we are so glad we called Groundwork’s!
