The technician, Nick, did the annual maintenance for 206 Washington Street. He was awesome! Not only was he courteous, kind, knowledgeable about what he was doing, he was able to save me money on a mishap that was about to happen. He observed a bulge in my washer machine line that was about to pop and create a major catastrophe. He was able to resolve the issue until I can get it addressed. Nick was polite and explained what he had done and allowed me to ask questions as needed. I will certainly tell other individuals about your service and how dedicated your employees are about keeping the product maintained and keep the customer informed.

Tim Pratt came out today to our home in Beckley, WV for a free inspection and estimate. He was a pleasure to work with. Tim was professional and courteous while being very thorough and transparent on all the work that we needed done. He walked us through each issue and how they would repair it. We look forward to having this work completed by Groundworks and seeing the finished result. Additionally, Groundworks was incredibly fast with their response time and scheduling the estimate.

Brandon reviewed the needs at my home and provided the estimate. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took time to answer all my questions in detail. Cody was the foreman of the job on site and I was very pleased with his work. His crew of Mason and Noah worked for several days, always updating me with information and never hesitated to answer my questions and explain things in detail. Very professional crew and treated my home and property with great respect. I am very glad I chose Basement Authority of WV! I will remain a customer due to this experience.

He and his guys were polite and cleaned up after themselves very well. When issues arose, Brad looped me in on the course of action. 5/5 stars, Groundworks will do right by you.
