I'd give so many more stars if I possibly could! We were so very pleased with the entire Rescon Basement Solutions experience. Bob came to our house and assessed our basement/bulkhead wall issues. We were involved in any decisions and were given a very honest, complete quote and a scheduled date for the work to be done. Unfortunately, before the scheduled date, we had a very heavy rain and water poured into our basement. Bob from Rescon gave us advice on how to handle that and Alexa was able to move the work date up to help us out of a big jam. Patrick, Jake and Tim arrived promptly to get the work started. They were very professional and explained absolutely everything they were going to be doing. They set up plastic tarps to keep the rest of our basement clean and did a fantastic job. When they completed the work, they went over all of the new equipment and explained everything to us. We were happy with every part of this project. Cannot recommend Rescon enough!!!!

I have the greatest belief that these men will really do the job at the best of their ability. Doug was great. Came within the two hour window I was quoted at price was the exact same amount as I was told. I had a few concerns about the drain in my yard being a little clocked out turned out. It was Pine Yneedles, but Doug went the extra mile cleaned it out for me. Highly recommend giving them A call if you have any issues or looking to get a sump pump or basement drainage system.
