The ensured my mothers floor leveling was completed and inspected as well as ensured that the contractor paperwork was sent over to me first our records. Kody followed up with me and ensured that what he said he was going to do for us was done. Richard was helpful in ensuring our appointment was scheduled for a six month follow up as well.
