Michael Cornecelli came to Elizabeth WV, to look at our Crawlspace, he found things which we suspected were an issue and did not want to hear were true, but in reality things happen. He was thorough and detailed. I felt that his past experiences with homes and construction, helped him and us understand the real problems we were facing and have a more informed corrective action to resolve. I have peace of mind knowing that real professionals will help to keep us moving forward without more problem evolving. Air quality in our home will be better and damages will cease to persist. Highly recommend Groundworks. The installers, David Weaver, Brett Mullins, and Casey Pettigrew, were professional, courteous to my tenants, and respectful of my property. They even finished ahead of schedule! Excellent communication by the team as they worked on my basement, keeping me informed on status and timing. Price is more than fair; you get what you pay for.
