I have the greatest belief that these men will really do the job at the best of their ability. Groundwork’s-basement authority of West Virginia did a great job with our basement when it flooded. They quickly responded and did an emergency pump out of all the water and installed a sump pump. David Weaver and Brandon with Groundworks did an awesome job. We have a very old house with multiple issues with the basement as well as with poor drainage. We plan on having them come back to do more to help with waterproofing our basement.

Finally a crew that troubleshooter the problem quickly and accurately. Mr Davis took his time and explained my options on how to resolve this situation and with his assistant, Mr Nida, came up with a solution while others simply missed it time after time. Also, he called to confirm this morning. I am so pleased with both of these fine young men. They are true professionals and Ground Works/Basement Authority are lucky to have them on their team.

Our initial sidewalk lifting & repair was was not what we expected, however the company sent another crew that did an exceptional job! They were professional, knowledgeable and went above & beyond in their effort to improve the initial repair. The completed job was very good and we appreciate the company standing by their claim to meet customer expectations. The workers Patrick & Raphael not only did an outstanding job, they were also meticulous in the clean-up. They truly exhibit a positive customer service attitude for which we were very grateful!

We have not scheduled the job yet, but Tyler Woody performed our inspection yesterday. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure all our questions were answered. He took pictures of the crawl space to show us the problems, what things could become problematic in the future, and even what looked good. I would definitely recommend Tyler to perform inspections in anyone's home.
