He was very open and honest and we liked where there would be no third party involved in taking care of our problem. He explained everything in detail and we were able to understand what he was thing. Very friendly and very professional. He said if we had any any other questions just call his number on his card and he would try and answer our questions. We recently had our crawlspace encapsulated, and Basement Authority of WV were great to work with. Carrie did our inspection and was thorough and communicative. Trenton, Jordan, and Joey completed our project quickly. They were professional, prompt, and efficient. They even came back the next day to address an issue with the custom door. I was impressed by their communication and the way they cleaned up after each day’s work. I would highly recommend all of these folks.

Groundwork’s-basement authority of West Virginia did a great job with our basement when it flooded. They quickly responded and did an emergency pump out of all the water and installed a sump pump. David Weaver and Brandon with Groundworks did an awesome job. We have a very old house with multiple issues with the basement as well as with poor drainage. We plan on having them come back to do more to help with waterproofing our basement.

I was super tired of my leaky basement and decided to do something about it. I looked into Basement Authority because I was seeing commercials and ads all over the place. I read reviews and watched multiple videos of the work they did. I contacted them through the website for an estimate. They sent Mike Cornecelli to do my estimate. Mike was very open and honest about what I needed and what he could do to help me. I can imagine there is a more knowledgeable person out there because he did a very thorough inspection and took pics and measurements. He made a plan on his laptop and showed me exactly what was going to happen and scheduled my appointment for installation. I needed wall supports, a gutter system and vapor barrier to fix the issues going on. My original date of install was moved up 3 weeks, which I am really grateful for. I had good communication throughout the whole process and the men worked every day until it was completed. I have zero complaints and highly recommend everyone use Basement Authority to fix your basement issues. I have learned so much about why leaks happen and how to correct them. Every man on the job was extremely polite and quick to answer any questions I had. They also offer a lifetime guarantee for the life of the home and yearly inspections to ensure everything is working properly. Contact Mike C and your problems will be fixed correctly and quickly. He was thorough and detailed. I felt that his past experiences with homes and construction, helped him and us understand the real problems we were facing and have a more informed corrective action to resolve. Not only was he courteous, kind, knowledgeable about what he was doing, he was able to save me money on a mishap that was about to happen. He observed a bulge in my washer machine line that was about to pop and create a major catastrophe. He was able to resolve the issue until I can get it addressed. Nick was polite and explained what he had done and allowed me to ask questions as needed.
