Had my basement window well replaced by Bix after it started to cave in and fill with water after a storm. They were quick to come out and price it and got me scheduled quick as well. They came out on time and got the work done in a timely manner. The workers were friendly and professional. After a few rains they did a great job of coming back out and smoothing out the fill dirt and reseeding. I would definitely use them again.

We recently had our crawlspace encapsulated, and Basement Authority of WV were great to work with. Carrie did our inspection and was thorough and communicative. Trenton, Jordan, and Joey completed our project quickly. They were professional, prompt, and efficient. They even came back the next day to address an issue with the custom door. I was impressed by their communication and the way they cleaned up after each day’s work. I would highly recommend all of these folks.

Brandon reviewed the needs at my home and provided the estimate. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took time to answer all my questions in detail. Cody was the foreman of the job on site and I was very pleased with his work. His crew of Mason and Noah worked for several days, always updating me with information and never hesitated to answer my questions and explain things in detail. We just had an inspection from BAWV. Caesar Goodman was on time for our appointment. He listened to our concerns and did the inspection right away. He went over the proposal to fix our problem step by step. We were impressed with his knowledge and the time he spent answering our questions. I would recommend him and BAWV without hesitation.
