Jacob Frazier came to see the situation & explained in a way I could understand what the crew would do. He is very knowledgeable, friendly & answered any questions. He also walked me through the contract online via email & we are now just waiting for a date for the job to be done. I feel that if I have any questions or need anything else, I can call him for information or an explanation.

Groundwork’s-basement authority of West Virginia did a great job with our basement when it flooded. They quickly responded and did an emergency pump out of all the water and installed a sump pump. David Weaver and Brandon with Groundworks did an awesome job. We have a very old house with multiple issues with the basement as well as with poor drainage. We plan on having them come back to do more to help with waterproofing our basement.
Jordan & crew did an excellent job. Friendly and respectful and very hard working.

Kody and Michael were super helpful during the scheduled visit. The ensured my mothers floor leveling was completed and inspected as well as ensured that the contractor paperwork was sent over to me first our records. Kody followed up with me and ensured that what he said he was going to do for us was done. Richard was helpful in ensuring our appointment was scheduled for a six month follow up as well. Great service by all involved.

Working with Richard from Groundwork’s was truly such a blessing. From day one, he went above and beyond to make sure we felt heard, understood, and completely confident in the process. His knowledge is unmatched — no matter what question or concern we had, he answered it thoroughly and patiently, never making us feel rushed or overlooked. What meant the most to us was how intentional he was about staying in contact. He kept us updated every step of the way and made sure we always knew what was happening, which brought so much comfort and reassurance during the project. Richard’s dedication, honesty, and genuine care for his work and his clients truly set him apart. We are beyond grateful for the experience and would recommend Groundwork’s without hesitation.

I was super tired of my leaky basement and decided to do something about it. I looked into Basement Authority because I was seeing commercials and ads all over the place. I read reviews and watched multiple videos of the work they did. I contacted them through the website for an estimate. They sent Mike Cornecelli to do my estimate. Mike was very open and honest about what I needed and what he could do to help me. I can imagine there is a more knowledgeable person out there because he did a very thorough inspection and took pics and measurements. He made a plan on his laptop and showed me exactly what was going to happen and scheduled my appointment for installation. I needed wall supports, a gutter system and vapor barrier to fix the issues going on. My original date of install was moved up 3 weeks, which I am really grateful for. I had good communication throughout the whole process and the men worked every day until it was completed. I have zero complaints and highly recommend everyone use Basement Authority to fix your basement issues. I have learned so much about why leaks happen and how to correct them. Every man on the job was extremely polite and quick to answer any questions I had. They also offer a lifetime guarantee for the life of the home and yearly inspections to ensure everything is working properly. Contact Mike C and your problems will be fixed correctly and quickly. Well done guys!!! I'm more than thrilled with the work and the outcome from beginning to end!!!!

After weeks of communicating with Brandon via telephone, weather finally cooperated for us to meet and to discuss our project need. Basement authority could not have a more friendly, cooperative and professional front man. His patience in adjusting and rescheduling appointments due to inclement weather was bar none. We are a hard sale customer, and Brandon met the challenge with ease. His expertise was evident, and his attention to site detail was beyond expectations. He readily answered all questions, and thoroughly explained the onsite process. Attention Management: Brandon should be considered a gem to your organization. He is indeed a great representative for you! We signed on the dotted line and very much look forward to working with him. Thanks much, Brandon!

Doug was great. Came within the two hour window I was quoted at price was the exact same amount as I was told. I had a few concerns about the drain in my yard being a little clocked out turned out. It was Pine Yneedles, but Doug went the extra mile cleaned it out for me. Highly recommend giving them A call if you have any issues or looking to get a sump pump or basement drainage system.

Had my basement window well replaced by Bix after it started to cave in and fill with water after a storm. They were quick to come out and price it and got me scheduled quick as well. They came out on time and got the work done in a timely manner. The workers were friendly and professional. After a few rains they did a great job of coming back out and smoothing out the fill dirt and reseeding. I would definitely use them again.
