We couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one Richard provided. His knowledge with Groundworks is truly impressive — he seemed to know the answer to every question before we even finished asking it. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure we felt confident and comfortable with each step of the project. What really meant the most to us was how consistent he was with communication. He stayed in touch throughout the entire process, keeping us updated and checking in regularly, which gave us so much peace of mind. Richard’s professionalism, reliability, and dedication truly set him apart, and we’re incredibly grateful for all the hard work he put into our project.

Eric Reeder came to give us an estimate and we signed the contract while he was there to have the work done. He was so nice and knowledgeable and gave us a price we were very happy to accept.
