He was very open and honest and we liked where there would be no third party involved in taking care of our problem. He explained everything in detail and we were able to understand what he was thing. Very friendly and very professional. He said if we had any any other questions just call his number on his card and he would try and answer our questions. We enjoyed talking to him and we felt he was very honest person and told us what we needed done.

Basement authority could not have a more friendly, cooperative and professional front man. His patience in adjusting and rescheduling appointments due to inclement weather was bar none. We are a hard sale customer, and Brandon met the challenge with ease. His expertise was evident, and his attention to site detail was beyond expectations. We recently had our crawlspace encapsulated, and Basement Authority of WV were great to work with. Carrie did our inspection and was thorough and communicative. Trenton, Jordan, and Joey completed our project quickly. They were professional, prompt, and efficient. They even came back the next day to address an issue with the custom door. I was impressed by their communication and the way they cleaned up after each day’s work. I would highly recommend all of these folks.
