Basement authority could not have a more friendly, cooperative and professional front man. His patience in adjusting and rescheduling appointments due to inclement weather was bar none. Tim Pratt Elkins WV wall stabilization Tim was very knowledgeable about what was needing done to fix our wall structures. He was very open and honest and we liked where there would be no third party involved in taking care of our problem. He explained everything in detail and we were able to understand what he was thing. Very friendly and very professional. He said if we had any any other questions just call his number on his card and he would try and answer our questions. We enjoyed talking to him and we felt he was very honest person and told us what we needed done.
