He was thorough and detailed. I felt that his past experiences with homes and construction, helped him and us understand the real problems we were facing and have a more informed corrective action to resolve. Groundwork’s-basement authority of West Virginia did a great job with our basement when it flooded. They quickly responded and did an emergency pump out of all the water and installed a sump pump. David Weaver and Brandon with Groundworks did an awesome job. We have a very old house with multiple issues with the basement as well as with poor drainage. We plan on having them come back to do more to help with waterproofing our basement.

We felt supported and heard throughout the duration of the process. We were pleased with all of the people who worked on our property—they were helpful, respectful and clean.
