Finally a crew that troubleshooter the problem quickly and accurately. Mr Davis took his time and explained my options on how to resolve this situation and with his assistant, Mr Nida, came up with a solution while others simply missed it time after time. Also, he called to confirm this morning. I am so pleased with both of these fine young men. They are true professionals and Ground Works/Basement Authority are lucky to have them on their team.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one Richard provided. His knowledge with Groundworks is truly impressive — he seemed to know the answer to every question before we even finished asking it. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure we felt confident and comfortable with each step of the project. What really meant the most to us was how consistent he was with communication. He stayed in touch throughout the entire process, keeping us updated and checking in regularly, which gave us so much peace of mind. The ensured my mothers floor leveling was completed and inspected as well as ensured that the contractor paperwork was sent over to me first our records. Kody followed up with me and ensured that what he said he was going to do for us was done. Richard was helpful in ensuring our appointment was scheduled for a six month follow up as well. Great service by all involved.

The crew were cordial and the foreman weny out of his way to check things out and explain what was going on. Robby was great. The only thing they forgot to do was install the panel to get into the crawl space. Otherwise they cleaned up everything and i was satisfied with the results.
