Tim Pratt Elkins WV wall stabilization Tim was very knowledgeable about what was needing done to fix our wall structures. He was very open and honest and we liked where there would be no third party involved in taking care of our problem. He explained everything in detail and we were able to understand what he was thing. Very friendly and very professional. He said if we had any any other questions just call his number on his card and he would try and answer our questions. We enjoyed talking to him and we felt he was very honest person and told us what we needed done.

Had my basement window well replaced by Bix after it started to cave in and fill with water after a storm. They were quick to come out and price it and got me scheduled quick as well. They came out on time and got the work done in a timely manner. The workers were friendly and professional. After a few rains they did a great job of coming back out and smoothing out the fill dirt and reseeding. I would definitely use them again.

The last visit was a follow up on a project where some issues still needed to be addressed. With the help of Eric Reeder, (the person providing the inspection) who continued to help me communicate with operations with scheduling issues, the crew that was sent out this week was excellent. Aiden, Raphael, Xavier and Khalil were very professional and personable and completed all lingering issues from this lengthy project.

His knowledge with Groundworks is truly impressive — he seemed to know the answer to every question before we even finished asking it. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure we felt confident and comfortable with each step of the project. What really meant the most to us was how consistent he was with communication. He stayed in touch throughout the entire process, keeping us updated and checking in regularly, which gave us so much peace of mind. He took pictures of the crawl space to show us the problems, what things could become problematic in the future, and even what looked good. I would definitely recommend Tyler to perform inspections in anyone's home.
