Caesar Goodman was a delight and super informative in helping me make an informed decision on what to do with my ground floor. He answered all my questions and concerns effectively and patiently. Cesar is a great asset to Basement Authority‘s of WV. Highly recommend it. I now feel confident that my ground floor will be eliminated of me having to empty three dehumidifiers on a regular daily basis. What a relief!

I'd give so many more stars if I possibly could! We were so very pleased with the entire Rescon Basement Solutions experience. Bob came to our house and assessed our basement/bulkhead wall issues. We were involved in any decisions and were given a very honest, complete quote and a scheduled date for the work to be done. Unfortunately, before the scheduled date, we had a very heavy rain and water poured into our basement. Bob from Rescon gave us advice on how to handle that and Alexa was able to move the work date up to help us out of a big jam. Patrick, Jake and Tim arrived promptly to get the work started. They were very professional and explained absolutely everything they were going to be doing. They set up plastic tarps to keep the rest of our basement clean and did a fantastic job. When they completed the work, they went over all of the new equipment and explained everything to us. We were happy with every part of this project. Cannot recommend Rescon enough!!!!

We had our crawl space encapsulated, and the before and after photos are impressive. Carrie was our inspector. She gave us the best information on what was needed to get our house fixed. We are getting ready to have some work done on the main beam and joists under the house.
