Just had them out here to do some waterproofing, install a pump and dehumidifier as well as fix my underground downspout drainage. They did a fantastic job! The whole team was very friendly and knowledgeable. Walk me through the entire process as they went and answered all my questions without hesitation. Would highly recommend them. Especially the crew that did the work for me of Aden, Xavier, and Raphael. Great work!!

I throughly enjoyed meeting Michael. He was able to explain my foundation issues and give me advice that I could understand. He allowed me to have my son in law listen to our conversation so he could ask any questions that were of concern to him.I can foresee doing business with Basement Authority in the near future!SincerelyJean McCorkle

We recently had our crawlspace encapsulated, and Basement Authority of WV were great to work with. Carrie did our inspection and was thorough and communicative. Trenton, Jordan, and Joey completed our project quickly. They were professional, prompt, and efficient. They even came back the next day to address an issue with the custom door. I was impressed by their communication and the way they cleaned up after each dayās work. I would highly recommend all of these folks.

The crew were cordial and the foreman weny out of his way to check things out and explain what was going on. Robby was great. The only thing they forgot to do was install the panel to get into the crawl space. Otherwise they cleaned up everything and i was satisfied with the results.
