He was very open and honest and we liked where there would be no third party involved in taking care of our problem. He explained everything in detail and we were able to understand what he was thing. Very friendly and very professional. Had my basement window well replaced by Bix after it started to cave in and fill with water after a storm. They were quick to come out and price it and got me scheduled quick as well. They came out on time and got the work done in a timely manner. The workers were friendly and professional. After a few rains they did a great job of coming back out and smoothing out the fill dirt and reseeding. I would definitely use them again.
