We couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one Richard provided. His knowledge with Groundworks is truly impressive — he seemed to know the answer to every question before we even finished asking it. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure we felt confident and comfortable with each step of the project. What really meant the most to us was how consistent he was with communication. He stayed in touch throughout the entire process, keeping us updated and checking in regularly, which gave us so much peace of mind. Richard’s professionalism, reliability, and dedication truly set him apart, and we’re incredibly grateful for all the hard work he put into our project.

Brandon reviewed the needs at my home and provided the estimate. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took time to answer all my questions in detail. Cody was the foreman of the job on site and I was very pleased with his work. His crew of Mason and Noah worked for several days, always updating me with information and never hesitated to answer my questions and explain things in detail. Very professional crew and treated my home and property with great respect. I am very glad I chose Basement Authority of WV! I will remain a customer due to this experience.
