Brandon reviewed the needs at my home and provided the estimate. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took time to answer all my questions in detail. Cody was the foreman of the job on site and I was very pleased with his work. His crew of Mason and Noah worked for several days, always updating me with information and never hesitated to answer my questions and explain things in detail. Very professional crew and treated my home and property with great respect. I am very glad I chose Basement Authority of WV! I will remain a customer due to this experience.

Groundwork’s-basement authority of West Virginia did a great job with our basement when it flooded. They quickly responded and did an emergency pump out of all the water and installed a sump pump. David Weaver and Brandon with Groundworks did an awesome job. We have a very old house with multiple issues with the basement as well as with poor drainage. We plan on having them come back to do more to help with waterproofing our basement.

Just had them out here to do some waterproofing, install a pump and dehumidifier as well as fix my underground downspout drainage. They did a fantastic job! The whole team was very friendly and knowledgeable. Walk me through the entire process as they went and answered all my questions without hesitation. Would highly recommend them. We have not scheduled the job yet, but Tyler Woody performed our inspection yesterday. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure all our questions were answered. He took pictures of the crawl space to show us the problems, what things could become problematic in the future, and even what looked good. I would definitely recommend Tyler to perform inspections in anyone's home.
